Absolutely. We exclusively work with vetted operators who maintain all required licenses and carry comprehensive insurance. Yacht operators hold USCG licenses and maintain marine liability coverage. Aircraft operators are FAA Part 135 certified with full hull and liability insurance. We verify credentials before adding any operator to our network.

Gratuity is customary but not mandatory. For yacht charters, 15-20% of the charter fee is standard for exceptional service, given directly to the captain for distribution to the crew. For private jet charters, $100-200 per crew member is appreciated for excellent service. Tipping is always at your discretion based on your experience.

We'll help rebook or find alternative routing if weather causes delays or cancellations.
