All charters arranged through our services are operated by third-party operators who are fully licensed, insured, and certified by applicable regulatory authorities including the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) and USCG (United States Coast Guard).

Booking and Reservations

Charter Requests

Submitting a charter request through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. All bookings are subject to availability and operator acceptance.

Pricing

Prices displayed on our website are starting rates and may vary based on specific requirements, dates, and operator availability. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before any booking is finalized.

Deposits and Payments

Booking deposits and payment terms vary by charter and will be communicated during the booking process. Specific payment terms will be outlined in your charter agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by charter operator and will be specified in your charter agreement. Generally:

• Cancellations made 30+ days before departure may receive a full or partial refund
• Cancellations made within 30 days may forfeit the deposit
• Cancellations made within 7 days may forfeit the full charter fee

Weather-related cancellations and force majeure events are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when making reservations
• Comply with all safety instructions from the captain and crew
• Respect the vessel or aircraft and not cause damage
• Not engage in any illegal activities during the charter
• Ensure all guests in your party comply with these terms

Liability Limitations

Prestige Charter Group acts solely as a broker and is not liable for:

• Acts, omissions, or negligence of charter operators
• Mechanical failures or delays
• Weather-related cancellations or changes
• Personal injury or property damage during charters
• Third-party services such as catering or transportation

Charter operators maintain their own insurance policies covering their operations.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Prestige Charter Group or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our website
• Scrape or harvest data from our website without permission

Indemnification
